at the Camp Arthur Savard
In addition to the lodging and food facilities, the camp offers several winter and summer activities that will please everyone. Come practice your favorite sport in harmony with the enchanting landscapes of the camp!
Snowshoeing and hiking
The Camp Arthur Savard offers you a snowshoeing trail in the woods surrounding the camp. The Orignac trail crosses a diversity of ecosystems and includes a shelter, two campsites and a few water points. This 34 km wilderness trail is ideal for experienced hikers.
Access is free and the trail is open to snowshoers in winter and hikers in summer. In winter, you can park 1 km from the Arthur-Savard camp at 100, Côte de la Jetée, Saint-Simon. Access from McLeod Lake is by snowmobile only.
On site, the camp offers a snowshoe rental service.
Rental starts at 10 $ per day.
In the summer, come take advantage of our trail for a nature walk. Let yourself be charmed by the scenery and stop by for a good meal or a stay with us.
Camp Arthur Savard offers you a fat bike rental service on site so that you can enjoy the beautiful trails that crisscross the camp in both summer and winter.
Rental is from 40$ per day.
